Physical Accessibility
Our venue for 2026 at Ulster University is fully accessible (more information can be found here)

Step-Free Access: The main entrance is level-access. All floors are reachable via the elevators located in the main lobby.

Accessible Toilets: Fully accessible and gender-neutral restrooms are located on the Ground Floor.

Priority Seating: The first two rows of every session are reserved for attendees with mobility, visual, or hearing requirements.
Neurodiversity & Sensory Support
Conferences can be high-energy. We provide spaces to help you recharge.

Quiet Room: Located in the Lower Ground Floor, this is a phone-free, conversation-free zone for anyone needing a sensory break.

Communication Stickers: Available at the registration desk. Use these to signal your social preferences (e.g., Green: "Happy to chat"; Red: "Please do not approach").
